Payment for the 17th FAI World Hang Gliding Championship

 

Deadline for Final Payment – 1st April 2009

Pilots making their own payments:
Ensure that your entry has been confirmed by your NAC and you have been notified as accepted by the organisers.  Pilots who have already paid 100 euros deposit are requested to pay the 300 euros balance before the 1st April deadline. Payment information below.

NACs, Federations making payments on behalf of their teams:
Pilot names must be provided for all reserved places (names can be changed prior to physical registration if necessary).  Please ask all nominated pilots to complete the Pilot Registration form if they have not already done so.  Teams are requested to pay the balance for their team entries (400 euros per pilot, less100 euros deposit per pilot) before the 1st April deadline.  Payment information below.

Team leaders:
Payment for Team Leaders (150 euros) can be made now, or can be made at physical Registration.

Transport:

Pilots requiring transport should check the information “HERE.”.  You must register for transport as soon as possible, and by 25th May at the latest.  You will be contacted about payment.


The information below should be sufficient to transfer the entry fee to the competition Bank Account (Chabre 2009).


Please ensure payments are in EUROS
Please use your name and pilot number as reference
Multiple payments via paypal should include all pilot names and numbers
Please ensure all fees are paid by the sender
If you are paying for other team members, please email us with the names of the other pilots included at (worlds@chabre2009.com)
